The Town of Argos has developed an American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan for Public Rights-of-Way in accordance with Federal Highway Administration requirements. The purpose of the Transition Plan is to prioritize ADA accessibility improvements for existing Public Rights-of-Way. As part of its Public Participation Process, the Town of Argos will offer time for Public Comment during a public hearing on August 5, 2020 at 7:15 p.m. During this
meeting the Transition Plan will be presented.
Written comments will be accepted through August 19, 2020 until the Town Council meet at 7:15 pm. The Draft Transition Plan will be available at the Argos Town Office located at 201 W Walnut St, Argos, IN 46501. Written comments can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or:
