NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING ANNEXATION OF REAL PROPERTY, 6.45 ACRES MORE OR LESS

Notice is hereby given that a Petition for Annexation into the Town of Argos, Indiana was filed by Graber Industries, LLC regarding real property owned by Graber, located at 9963 17thRd., Argos IN 46501.  Said real property consists of 6.45 acres more or less, zoned Light Industrial, and further described as parcel 502290000005000015, and shares a property boundary with the current corporate boundaries of the Town of Argos along its northern, eastern and southern borders, and has road frontage along 17th Road.  A public hearing shall be held on May 28, 2025 at 7:00 pm in the Town of Argos Municipal Building located at 201 West Walnut St., Argos IN 46501.
