* New utility customers need to call the Clerk's office at 574-892-5717 once they have submitted their online application.  You will need to get them a copy of your drivers license, deposit and copy of lease or proof of home ownership.

Digging projects big and small require that you contact 811 at least two full working days before you start digging to avoid hitting an underground utility line.
